For we are Gods masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so that we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. - Eph. 2.10

You never know..

And that is what makes life so exciting. If you could predict what would happen, life would be plain boring.

I'm entering the last weeks of my stay here in Kenya, before going back to Norway for a Norwegian christmas celebration and hopefully a lot of snow. It has been a long time..
But still it feels good knowing that in January I will once more board a plane heading for Nairobi. My one year stay in Kenya has turned into two years, and I'm not complaining.

Our crowded, but cozy apartment is slowly turning into empty rooms with suitcases as we are starting our packing, and people are moving on.
Per-Steinar has been visiting, but went to Tanzania yesterday. During the weeks he spent here he managed to impress with extremely quick adaption to overcrowded streets and loud matatus. Some of my Kenyan friends have also gotten a wider perspective on the amount of food one single mzungu can consume. :) Psht, it was really fun having you here! Good luck with your work in Tanzania!

Visitors are also a good excuse for travelling a bit more, so Masai Mara, Mombasa, Malindi and Lamu have been visited. I really needed a break from the hectic life in Nairobi, and relaxing on the beach in Lamu was just perfect!
